DFLIFT industrial scissor lift platform operation precautions:
1. Industrial scissor lift platform must be placed on a solid and flat ground to prevent tilting when working.
2. According to the load specified by nameplate, overload is strictly prohibited. In case of emergency, a maximum of 10% temporary overload is allowed.
3. Distribute as evenly as possible in the center of the table. Under special circumstances, partial load is allowed: the longitudinal partial load shall not exceed 1/2 of the rated load, and the transverse partial load shall not exceed 1/3 of the rated load. Partial load must be about 300 mm away from the side of the platform.
4. pipe and other easy to roll materials, must be tight or tied up properly.
5. No manned protection platform is strictly prohibited. The industrial scissor lift platform is equipped with balustrades and anti-crack valves. Anti-crack valve can prevent oil pipe rupture and cause the work table to descend out of control.
6. Industrial scissor lift platform work, to prevent the hands, feet and clothes by squeezing.
7. Press the "up" or "down" button to lift the workbench. If the table is not moving, stop it immediately for inspection.
8. If the industrial scissor lift platform does not rise, and heard the overflow valve scream, should immediately stop inspection. Otherwise, the pump can quickly overheat and suffer serious damage. The overflow valve is used to protect the safety of the machine and the operator.
